Hi! My name is Olivia and I teach fermented food workshops. I love what I do, because it combines everything that I’m passionate about – delicious food, science, nutrition, and the environment.
I created my fermentation workshops to share my knowledge and experiences with others, to help you on your own health journey and to teach you to make delicious food that’s actually good for you.
I truly believe that our bodies want to heal themselves and that we just need to create the right environment for them to do so. Gut health is so important for all kinds of illnesses and ailments. Fermented foods are the perfect way to keep your gut healthy!
Making your own fermented foods at home is so much more fun, plus tastier, and cheaper than buying it from the supermarket. You can get the family involved and really change it up depending on what flavours you enjoy.

In my fermentation classes I’ll show you how to make yum food and drink like kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha and kefir.
